Work profile: Not a licensced member of either a plumbers union nor is he an apprenticeship holder. Is also reported to have back taxes on record.

Proposition: To buy a company that makes $250,000-$280,000 a year

Tax Query: Holds little strength given that details regarding precise financing of plumbing business remain murky, and proposed two-man partnership would actually pull income levels below the stipulated minimum for the tax qualification due to pre-compensation business expenses.
